Booking Conditions

A deposit is required to secure your room.
All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
 
We do recommend that adequate holiday insurance is obtained.
 
Full payment of the cost of your booking is due on arrival (less deposit paid).

Payment method:
Cash.
Cheques: We can only accept payment by cheque with cheque guarantee card if it is received a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival. Debit cards Credit cards: We can accept all major credit cards.

Telephone/email reservations will be held for up to 7 days pending receipt of deposit cheque.
Cheques should be made payable to Boscombe Grange Hotel


Cancellation Charges:
No refunds are made if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the date of commencement of the holiday.
Please note no reduction will be made for early departure.


Check-in times:
Accommodation is available from 2.00pm until 5.00pm. Check in outside these times is available by prior arrangement  It would be helpful if you could telephone beforehand to advise us of your estimated time of arrival.

Accommodation must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure and all keys returned.

Any damage to, or removal of, hotel property will be chargeable and must be paid for in full. Replacement will be at current market values for that item.

Children:
We welcome families but would ask that parents take extra care not to let their children wander around the hotel unattended.


We are able to accommodate small Stag, Hen parties and small groups.

We are a non-smoking Hotel.
