A non refundable deposit is payable on booking.
For bookings of less than 4 nights a deposit equal to the value of the first night's stay is payable.
For bookings of more that 4 nights a deposit equal to the value of the first two night's stay is payable.
Changes and cancellations to bookings can be made up to 14 days before arrival date/time without further charge.
The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 14 days notice.
In the event of any cancellation or amendment to the booking every attampt will be made to re-sell the room(s) at which time a full/part refund of any monies paid willbe made, where appropriate.
We do recommend that adequate holiday insurance is obtained.
Full payment of the cost of your booking is due on arrival (less deposit paid).
Payment method:
Cash.
Cheques: We can only accept payment by cheque if it is received a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival.
Debit cards & Credit cards: We can accept all major credit cards.
Telephone/email reservations will be held for up to 7 days pending receipt of deposit cheque.

Check-in times:
Accommodation is available from 4.00pm until 8.30pm.
Check in outside these times is available by prior arrangement, it would be helpful if you could telephone beforehand to advise us of your estimated time of arrival.
Accommodation must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure and all keys returned.
Any damage to or removal of hotel property will be chargeable and must be paid for in full. Replacement will be at current market values for that item.
Children are classed as 12 years or under at the time of arrival.
We welcome families but would ask that parents take extra care not to let their children wander around the hotel unattended.
